ANNUAL MEETING

The 2006 Annual Meeting of the Association will be held at the Community Center above the existing Exeter Library. The date is Wednesday, April 26th and the time will be announced in the mailing. An invitation for candidates to the Board will soon be mailed to all owners and we would dearly like to have representation from more areas of the community. Of equal or more value would be more female involvement at the Board level.

Our goal is to make this a different meeting with a new format using multi-media to more fully help in sharing community information. We hope to offer some insights into our views on some structural and organizational changes and an explanation of why we feel the By-Laws need attention. Another point will be gathering views on if the Board should have specific and defined liaisons with;
a. The Architectural Review Committee, which is the only committee designated in the Declaration. Are the charges to this committee relevant to the needs of the community today and to whom does the committee report?
b. The Landscape Committee, which has been established and has been given a charge and direction
c. The Homeowners Committee and its areas of involvement in our community
d. Select Property and Association Management
e. Exeter Township and the police
f. Task Forces established to deal with specific issues.
