illegallly parked cars

there are 2 trucks currently parked cars on wingspread dr overflow lots. both have no inspection or emmission stickers, they have been scraped off because they are past due and 1 truck has no plate. they have been parked there for over a month. i complianed to the township, the board and horst with no answers. you can't park uninspected cars on public property. you are allow 1 uninspected car on your own property. there are also other cars that use overflow are permanent spots. those have no car in the driveway. i have also complaineed to the board and horst about the trees being trimmed on wellex and wingspread. you can't walk on the sidewalk anymore. when it rains you have to drive down the middle on the street, due to the trees hanging dow. horst told me 2 months ago that the landscapers would trim them and that a work order had been put in, the board says its the homeowners problem and they should have them cut.
