Waterford Ice Problem

The Board is working to resolve the problem that exists so often at the mailbox area in Waterford during the winter. Work has been done on this in the past but the ice continues to build up there as the residents know. Several alternatives are being considered but there is no certainty that any course of action will produce the desired results. There is no desire to spend even more money without the promise of a resolution. If you have a suggestion on how to deal with this major issue please contact a Board member ASAP.

Wingspread PARKING

A review with the Exeter Fire Marshall shows that the Fire Code bans parking on all streets within Wingspread. No street in the community is wide enough to allow parking on even one side. These standards were established to provide for the safety of all residents in the event of a fire or other disaster. Parking must be limited to designated parking areas. Therefore, for everyone's safety, the Board asks that you please not park on the streets."

Landscape Committee

The committee will meet again at the homeof Marge Eschelman in Walton Court on Friday, the 30th at 7:30 AM........
